Manufacturing process consists of four stages.
Raw material
Woodworking is connected with a huge loss of wood. At the logging stage the amount of wasts – stubs, boughs, needles – can reach several dozens per cent of the primary volume.

At the present day total plant capacity installed in Zhytomyr Region, at 350 km distance from Ukrainian-Polish border is 50 000 ton per year.
